Imagine:
- Channel 1 — Their Emotion Channel
(stress, fear, confusion, old habits) - Channel 2 — Your Logic & Future Channel
(career, comfort, stability, long-term thinking)
Whenever you feel emotional pressure, say internally:
“This is their channel.
This is not my channel.”
This automatically removes guilt and resets your nervous system.
This technique is commonly used in CBT for Family-related emotional triggers.
